These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Click Click Booth (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payment
• A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure an event date.
• Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.
• Remaining balances must be paid before or on the event date as stated in the booking agreement.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non‑refundable due to reserved scheduling and preparation costs. • Events may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if notice is given at least 30 days prior to the event date and subject to availability. • Rescheduling requests made within 30 days of the event may incur additional fees. • If the Client cancels the event, all payments made are non‑refundable.
3. Event Requirements
Client agrees to provide:
• Adequate space for booth setup (typically 8’x8’ minimum). • Access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet. • Safe, dry, and weather-protected setup area. • Proper permissions for venue setup.
If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service without refund.
4. Setup & Operation
• Setup typically begins 60–90 minutes before service time. • Service time starts at the scheduled start time, not at completion of setup. • Idle time requested by the client may incur additional fees. • An attendant is provided when included in the package.
5. Photo Delivery & Storage
• Digital galleries are typically delivered within a few days after the event. • Galleries remain available for download for up to one year, unless otherwise stated. • After this period, files may be permanently deleted.
Clients are responsible for downloading and storing their photos.
6. Printing & Equipment Issues
We strive to provide uninterrupted service. However:
• Printer or technical malfunctions may occasionally occur.
• In case of equipment failure, liability is limited to a prorated refund for downtime.
• No additional compensation shall be owed beyond service cost adjustments.
7. Client Responsibility & Conduct
Client is responsible for guest behavior and any damage caused to equipment by guests.
Charges may apply for:
• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or unsafe conduct.
• Theft or loss of equipment.
We reserve the right to stop service if safety concerns arise.
8. Image Use & Marketing
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Click Click Booth may use event photos for:
• Portfolio display
• Social media
• Marketing and promotional purposes
Clients may request removal of specific images.
9. Liability Limitation
Click Click Booth is not liable for:
• Venue restrictions or delays
• Power outages • Internet interruptions
• Acts of guests or third parties
• Venue or weather-related issues
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
11. Website Use
All website content, branding, images, and materials are property of Click Click Booth and may not be copied or reused without permission.
12. Privacy
We respect client privacy. Contact details and event information are used solely for service delivery and communication and are not sold or shared with third parties.
13. Agreement Acceptance
By booking our services or using our website, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
